SOAF in GR v1.0 by GWDS - Dec 2007
To use this mod you MUST have both Ghost Recon AND The Sum of All Fears installed. This file will not work otherwise. When both games are installed and the installer script for this mod is run, assets from your SOAF game will be copied in to your Ghost Recon game (non-overwriting).
How to Install this mod
1) First of all you must install on your HD The Sum Of All Fears
2) Unzip the Mp3.zip file into your Ghost Recon mod folder.
3) go into your Mp3 mod folder and launch (double click) the SOAF.vbs. Now the tricky part. The script works perfectly if both Ghost Recon and SOAF are installed in their default installation path that are respectively
"c:\Program Files\Red Storm Entertainment\Ghost Recon"
and
"c:\Program Files\Red Storm Entertainment\The Sum Of All Fears".
Please not also that this is true only for the English version.
4) In case you don't meet the requirements as per point 3 you should manually edit the vbs file. You can easily open the VBS file with notepad. Feel free to write me if you need more help.
5) After you launched the VBS you should see some activities with your HD, wait 1 minute and then activate your SOAF mod and enjoy it as an usual GR mod
WARNING VIRUS: some antivirus could detect the VBS as a malicious code. This is not a virus, you can check opening it with notepad before to launch it
