| Description: |
The toolkit is a utility that is designed to give the RS community a collection of easy to use tools that will make their RS experience much more delightful. Among these tools are: RS multiplayer launcher, RS server creator, Online server listing, Player config, server config, general options, and an address book of favorite servers.
With the release of the RS Toolkit 2000, several new things are introduced. Past versions have been written in Visual C++ and the new version has been written in Visual Basic to make adding the database features easier. Because of the Online Server Listings, the initial download size of the download is 7megs. Once you have downloaded this one time, you never have to download it again. You will simply have to download a 200k .exe file for future updates.
